At Bites of Temptation, every order is baked fresh, hand-wrapped like a gift, and dispatched with care. Because our treats are perishable and individually handmade, our policies are designed to ensure you always know what to expect.
Delivery
Processing Time: Each order is freshly baked to order. Please allow 2–3 working days for preparation before dispatch.
Shipping Method: All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail 48hr and 24hr Tracked Service. If 24hrs is selected at checkout, most orders arrive the next working day after dispatch.
Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed once your order leaves our kitchen.
Delivery Days: Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Peak Seasons: During Christmas, Eid, Valentine’s, and other high-demand periods, processing and delivery may take longer. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
Late Orders: If Royal Mail delays your parcel beyond their service promise, your order is protected under Royal Mail cover. While we cannot guarantee replacements, we’ll always guide you through their claims process — and in some cases, we may include an extra treat as a gesture of goodwill.
Refunds & Returns
Because our cookies, brownies, and blondies are fresh and perishable, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
However:
If there is an issue with your order or, please email us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos of the box and contents. We will review your case individually and do our best to support you.
If your parcel is delayed, damaged or lost, this must be raised with Royal Mail directly. We’ll always assist by providing tracking details and guidance for their claims process.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit will only be considered where an issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
