At Bites of Temptation, every treat is handmade with care to deliver indulgence, joy, and quality. Because our products are freshly baked and perishable, we have a clear and fair returns and refund policy.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (fresh, made-to-order, and perishable), we cannot accept returns once items have been delivered.
We kindly ask that you double-check your order details (flavours, sizes, and delivery address) before completing checkout.
Refunds & Replacements
We want every bite to meet your expectations. If you experience any issues, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order at support@bitesoftemptation.com.
Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis:
Courier/Delivery Issues (Royal Mail 24hr):
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, we will work directly with Royal Mail to investigate.
We’ll keep you updated and aim to make it right depending on the outcome of their investigation.
Product Quality Issues:
If you believe there is a fault with your order (e.g., wrong item received or quality concern), we will review independently.
Clear photos and your order number may be required for assessment.
If approved, you may choose between:
A replacement delivery, or
A refund issued to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect details entered by the customer (e.g., wrong address).
Products not collected or accepted upon delivery attempt.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if baking has not begun.
After this period, cancellations are not possible as we begin preparing your order immediately.
