Delivery
UK Delivery – How long does delivery take?
Every Bites of Temptation order is baked fresh to ensure you receive your box never pre-made or sitting on a shelf. Therefore maintain freshness and consistency, orders placed are baked midweek.
All freshly baked orders are dispatched on Thursdays. Once shipped, your box is sent via Royal Mail 24hr Tracked Delivery (unless selected otherwise), meaning it typically arrives the next working day.
Please note: delivery times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons or if a different delivery option is selected.
International Delivery – Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we ship across the UK only. International delivery is something we're exploring for the future — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.
How can I track my order?
All parcels are shipped with Royal Mail 24hr Tracking (unless selected otherwise). Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your treats from our oven to your door.
Which products cannot be shipped outside the UK?
At this time, all Bites of Temptation products are UK-only. Due to their delicate, fresh-baked nature, we do not ship internationally (yet).
Are local taxes and duties included in the product price?
Yes.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
As our products are freshly baked and perishable, we cannot accept returns.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All edible products are final sale once dispatched.
How do I request a return or refund?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Our team will review your case and support you, with Royal Mail protection covering lost or damaged parcels.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us at support@bitesoftemptation.co.uk within 24 hours, including images of the packaging and products. We will review and resolve the issue quickly.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later).
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure third-party payment providers. We never store your card details.
Can I use discount codes or gift cards at checkout?
Yes. Simply enter your discount or gift card code at checkout before completing payment. Please note, only one discount code can be applied per order.
Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favourites to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Each order is baked fresh midweek and packed with care for dispatch every Thursdays.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders cannot be cancelled once baking has begun. For urgent changes, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. You'll receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a tracking email once dispatched.
Account
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you save details, track past orders, and earn rewards in the future.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Can I see past orders in my account?
Yes. Your order history will be saved under your account when logged in.
Yums (Loyalty Scheme)
What are Yums?
Yums are our exclusive reward points that you earn with every purchase.
How do I earn Yums?
For every pound you spend, you'll collect Yums that can later be redeemed for discounts, exclusive treats, and VIP perks.
How do I spend Yums?
Once launched, you'll be able to apply your Yums at checkout to reduce your total or unlock limited-edition rewards.
Do Yums expire?
Yes, Yums must be used within 12 months of earning them.
Gifting & Experiences
Can I add a gift note to my order?
Yes! Add your message at checkout and we'll include a complimentary handwritten card inside your gift box.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All of our cookies arrive in our signature luxury box, ribbon-wrapped and ready to gift. We also offer occasion-themed wraps for birthdays, Valentine's, Eid, and Christmas.
Do you offer event catering or brand experiences?
Yes. We cater for events, corporate gifting, and collaborations. Please contact us directly at support@bitesoftemptation.com to discuss bespoke packages.
Rewards
How does the Rewards system work?
Every order earns you points (Yums). These can be redeemed for discounts, VIP exclusives, or access to limited-edition drops.
Can I combine Rewards with discount codes?
No, Rewards cannot be stacked with discount codes — you may choose one or the other at checkout.
Do Rewards apply to subscription orders (BITERS CLUB ORDERS)?
Yes, members of the Biters Club will also earn points on every recurring order.

Our Baking & Dispatch Schedule (Quality First)
At Bites of Temptation, we don’t bake every day — because perfection requires care. To protect the luxury quality of every box, we are closed on Sundays for preparation, ingredient sourcing, and ensuring every order is baked at its absolute best.
How Ordering Works
Orders are accepted from Friday to Monday
These orders are baked fresh midweek
All boxes are dispatched every Thursday.
Final day to order
Monday is the final day to place your order for that week’s Thursday dispatch.
After Monday, ordering reopens for the following week’s batch.
Why the change in delivery system
This schedule allows us to deliver cookies that feel freshly made, exclusive, and worth the wait.
Cookie flavours missing
Once a batch sells out, that flavour may pause until the next release and some recipes are reserved for Bite Roulette boxes, VIP drops, or subscriber-only rewards. Overall if a flavour is missing, it usually means it’s either sold out, rotating, or returning soon.

What makes Bite Roulette Special?
Bite Roulette is where you may discover:
rotating flavours not sold individually,
treats in different "FONT" ( same loved flavour in a different treat format like exclusive slice-style desserts

When Are The Next Flavours Dropping?
Our flavours are released in limited rotating drops, not kept permanently available.
New flavours typically appear weekly alongside our Thursday dispatch schedule, with special editions added throughout the year (Halloween, Valentine’s, winter luxe boxes, and more).
