Freshly Baked, Carefully Delivered
Every order is baked to order in small batches — never held in storage — and shipped ribbon-wrapped like a gift.
Processing Times

Please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be freshly baked and prepared.

During peak periods (Christmas, Eid, Valentine’s, seasonal drops, and sales), preparation may take slightly longer.
Delivery Method

All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail 24hr Tracked service.

Most parcels arrive the next working day after dispatch.

A tracking link is provided so you can follow your order from oven to doorstep.

We currently ship across the UK mainland.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally (yet).
Delays & Disruptions
Once handed to Royal Mail, parcels are in their care. Any disputes regarding delays must be raised with them directly.
However — please still contact us within 24 hours of noticing a problem. While we cannot control third-party delays, we will always review your case and support you where possible.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged:

Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging + cookies.

We’ll review every case individually and do our best to make it right.
Missed Deliveries
Royal Mail may attempt redelivery or leave your parcel at a local depot if no one is available. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
Late Deliveries — Our Promise
If your order arrives late, you’ll still receive your full box plus an extra complimentary treat as our way of keeping the experience sweet.
Perishable Products
Cookies are best enjoyed within 5 days of arrival, safe to eat up to 12–14 days (though flavour/texture may naturally change). Freezing is recommended for longer storage.
Address Accuracy
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
